Staying Toasty at Napa Valley's Harvest Inn

One of the perks of being a Lonny editor is the occasional stay at a great hotel. Take last month. While we were on location shooting our gorgeous feature story on Alexis Swanson Traina's Napa Valley estate, Photo Editor Genevieve Garruppo and Senior Associate Editor Sarah Storms had the pleasure of dropping their bags at St. Helena's über-hospitable Harvest Inn.

We were all taken with the pictures they had to share upon their return, but the hotel's incredible brick wood-burning fireplaces quickly became a major topic of conversation among our fire-less, urban-dwelling staff. Just look at them—those arches! The subtle sections of herringbone pattern! The weather may be spring-like in the Northeast today, but this picture makes me long for the temperature to drop to something more in keeping with fireplace season. How about you?
