The Spookiest Healthy Halloween Cocktail Ever

Make this grown-up holiday brew at your monster bash—and leave other hostesses green with envy.

These cupcakes aside, Halloween doesn't have to be all sugar all the time. For proof, look no further than this green-juice cocktail by Diana Yen. Made with good-for-you fruits and veggies—and a healthy shot of vodka, because what is Halloween if not a night of debauchery—the frothy concoction resembles something you might find in a witch's cauldron, maybe one you stumbled upon in a spooky graveyard on a dark, dark night. The pièce de résistance: a smoky, singed rosemary sprig placed just so. If you squint your eyes a bit it looks like a broomstick, ready to conjure up ghostly spirits into the wee hours of the night. Happy Halloween!
