Radishes with Feta-Yogurt Dipping SauceMakes about 1 cupNothing says growth and renewal quite like this ultra-clean pairing. Snack on this after a much needed bout of spring cleaning—your taste buds will thank you.
-- 5 ounces crumbled feta
-- ½-cup plain yogurt
-- 2 garlic cloves, minced
-- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
-- salt and pepper to taste
-- 1 bunch radishes for serving
Puree feta, yogurt, dill, and garlic in a food processor until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve alongside radishes and some coarse salt.
