This post was written by guest contributor Jenny McCoy, an authority on baking and pastry who has created dessert menus for Tom Colicchio’s Craft and Emeril Lagasse’s New Orleans restaurants. Her cookbook, Jenny McCoy’s Desserts for Every Season, will be published this September by Rizzoli. Look for her posts all month on our blog.
(Source: Lonny)In an effort to give our dear USPS a little biz, I’ve decided that my summer soirées will begin with paper invitations. Every year, I host at least a handful of parties on my rooftop deck. These fêtes may just include the usual gang over for burgers and beers, or a potluck dinner... Yet I think that a little less mail in everyone’s inbox, and a little more in the post box, will make for a finer affair.
