There's no question that IKEA is one of the best places to get inexpensive furniture and decor. However making a trek out to the store or ordering online with their notoriously high shipping costs can be a pain. Well it looks like your life is about to get just a little easier. The retailer just announced they will be partnering with Amazon to sell select products through the site. This new collab is actually the first time IKEA has ever sold through a third-party retailer.
"At IKEA we are curious and want to explore new areas and get new insights on how to reach and serve more of the many people," the company told Huffington Post. "One part of that is that we are open to the idea of piloting and testing making IKEA products accessible through other online platforms than our own."
While there is only a limited selection, you can get the beloved FRAKTA bags, $18 floor lamps, and $25 duvet inserts with that Amazon Prime 2-day shipping. You can even stock up on that classic lingonberry jam from the Swedish food market! To that we say välkommen to our Amazon shopping cart IKEA.
