The first time we tried out Parachute bedding, we knew. We found the one. The light linen has just the breezy, cold-side-of-the-pillow feeling we had been looking for. And then we realized there is one being we'd also like to share this perfect luxury with: our dogs.
Since launching her home essentials brand in 2014, Parachute's founder Ariel Kaye has led the brand expansion into tabletop, bath, and now pups. On June 14, the linens haven will introduce its first dog bed in small ($129) and large ($149) sizes. And get this — the bed is reversible, machine washable, and includes an incredibly soft, stonewashed cotton canvas cover and a hypoallergenic microfiber fill. Only the best for man's (and woman's!) best friend.
Kaye created this product out of personal experience and compassion for her own dog. Why do pups have to sleep on an less-than-attractive, scratchy bed? “So many of our customers – and team members – are dog owners," shares the founder. "Designing the dog bed was a natural next step for the brand. Our mission is to enhance your life at home, so we created something that is practical for the pups but also looks super elevated.” Parachute's dog bed shares all qualities of its products for people: ease, comfort, and practicality.
Want to enjoy the release with your pet? Parachute will celebrate the dog bed launch at each of its New York, Portland, and Venice stores! Head over for light bites and drinks, and even have a professional portrait taken with your dog. Now THAT'S the royal pup treatment.
